Site Security Manager
G4S Secure Solutions (Ire) are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Security Manager to join our prestigious client in Dublin City. This role offers a vibrant working environment and a very competitive package.

This position will report to the assigned client Safety & Security Manager. The Programme Manager will be responsible for managing the contract security team daily operations, policies and programs, while exploring opportunities to further refine and improve upon the current processes.

The contract security team consists of an EMEA Operations Centre (EMEA) Operators and Safety Specialists who are responsible for providing the physical security of the client's premises and staff and providing a best in class customer service experience.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



Collaboration with the Global Client & Account Teams to ensure consistent levels of service in line with agreed performance metrics.

Performance management and supervision of the contracted Security and ESOC team on site.

Selection and appointment of new team members followed by regular reviews of performance during the on-boarding process.

Develop and deliver training programs for all staff on site to include maintenance of individual safety specialist training curriculum and the overarching training matrix.

Assist the client Safety & Security Manager in improving overall safety performance by implementing client led programs at the DublinHQ office to ensure a safe workplace and to emphasize safe work habits.

Oversee rosters to ensure clients requirements are met as per SOW.

Assists in providing safety direction and leadership to Client staff, supporting the safety business plan, and maintaining stakeholder relationships

Accountable for contract security team compliance with agreed KPIs as per SOW.

Accountable for coalition of performance related metrics presented in the agreed format and frequency to the end client and employer to demonstrate compliance with the SOW

Responsible for the protection of people , property and information in accordance with Client Safety strategy on site.

Develops and maintains great working relationships with building management, local emergency responders, and other public and private organizations to protect the Client.

Attend Bi weekly calls/QBRs and ensure all KPI?s for the region are met and present data gathered to demonstrate the teams performance

Prepares drafts of proposed procedures for client Safety & Security manager for consideration.

Manage the onsite team effectively and delegate duties to the relevant team leads.

Responsible for financial budgets expenditure and overspend processes.

Responsible for ensuring all client security systems are working and performing as per design within the operational area of responsibility ? to include CCTV, Access control and other relevant ESOC tools




DESIRABLE CRITERIA



Valid First Aid Qualification

Training Qualification / Skills

Preferred BA/BS degree in corporate management, criminal justice or equivalent combination of education, military and security/safety related experience.

Working knowledge of employee relations.

Demonstrate a knowledge of the workings of a Regional Safety Operations Centre


ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

5 Year Verifiable Work History

Proven ability to influence, negotiate, supervise, and lead diverse teams

Ability to solve complex and sensitive problems, and to work well under pressure.

Demonstrated experience managing safety issues/project management on a large site with 15+ staff responsibility

Demonstrated significant experience in a complimentary area of expertise including, but not limited to Safety & Security only

Demonstrated management of people (and/or people through vendor relationships), projects and relationships.

Demonstrated analytical skills necessary for the collation of data and the production of safety management statistics as applied in a corporate setting.

Demonstrated technical depth and breadth of knowledge of safety and management concepts.

Demonstrated knowledge of analytical risk assessment techniques.

Demonstrated proficiency in project management and contract management skills.

Highly ethical, with demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in stressful situations.
Proficiency in the use of applications to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal, written communication and analytical skills.
Demonstrated experience developing and managing an international multi-vendor/consultant network.
Significant professional network.
